This suggests the OEM card is having some issues with 'graceful' restarts. I will note also that while the other card has blipped a few times with a TDR issue, both times were not in game and the games have not shown issues that I have previously encountered with the OEM one. What I later determined shows that the issue was more prominent under DX11 (Which Planetside 2 was using heavily) and also replacing the card with another nVidia card that is following most of the standard memory configuration (2 gigs versus a 1.25) I have recently been playing Planetside 2 quite often and the last known running stint I had was about 24 days with hardly a graphic glitch until the first noticeable issue. Trying to disable the TDR would result in system hangs.

Earlier reports I have made in the past before it settled down with World of Warcraft was after running for a period of 24 hours, Texture stretching, and distortions of graphics would happen and eventually result in game rendering crashing due to this.
